Standard Immigration Psychological Evaluation: $1,400 

Clinical evaluation and detailed psychosocial report for cases including: VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), Asylum, Extreme Hardship Waiver (I-601 / I-601A), Cancellation of Removal, T-Visa, and U-Visa. 


Substance Use Evaluation: $1,200

Clinical evaluation and detailed psychosocial report addressing the impact and treatment of substance use, tailored for immigration proceedings. 


Combined Psychological & Substance Use Evaluation: $2,200

A comprehensive report that integrates both psychological and substance use dimensions. 


Expedited Report (5 business days): Additional $600


Urgent Expedited Report (72 hours): Additional $800


Detention Center Evaluation Services 

Evaluations for individuals in detention centers require enhanced coordination with legal teams and facility staff, adaptation to limited technology access, and additional clinical consideration due to heightened trauma and confinement-related stress. These factors contribute to a distinct and more complex evaluation process, reflected in a separate fee structure. 


Detention Center Psychological Evaluation: $1,700


Detention Center Substance Use or Dual Evaluation: $2,400


Detention-Based Expedited Report (5 business days): Additional $650


Detention-Based Urgent Report (72 hours): Additional $850

Non-refundable and applied toward the final balance. 


Follow-Up Consultation (Clarifications, Addenda, etc.): $175/session 


Updated Evaluation Based on Recent Report (Completed within the past year by Resilient Roots, PLLC)-fee is 50% of the current evaluation rate.


*For clients whose original evaluation was completed by Resilient Roots, PLLC, within the past 12 months, an updated assessment may be available to reflect new developments, changes in clinical presentation, or updated legal context. This includes a review of prior documentation and incorporation of any relevant new material.*


Interpreter Coordination: $75-$150/session (Interpreter fees billed separately)
